Along with the generous manufacturer warranties that come with all our high quality products, Australian Business Telephone Company has in place a fully equipped and accredited Service Department.
ABTC's Service Department is a manufacturer Authorised Service Centre and spare parts stockist for a wide range of products which include:

Our service technicians are trained by each manufacturer to meet their highest standards as well as comply with the stringent requirements of the Australian Communication Authority.

Quality and accuracy is important to us here at ABTC, which is why we conduct rigorous quality assurance checks on all of our work and test every job thoroughly before it is dispatched.

Apart from general repair work, the ABTC Service Centre can provide tailored solutions to meet your ever-growing needs. We specialise in creating multiple levels of service agreements and maintenance schedules for a variety of clients: be it a small company or a multinational organisation.

The ABTC Service Department provides a rapid 48-hour turnaround time for general repairs and on site visits in the Sydney metro area can be arranged.

With over 25 years experience between the service staff you can be assured that all your service and maintenance requirements can certainly be met under the one roof.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

Australian Business Telephone Company Pty Ltd warranty covers all equipment against failure under normal usage resulting from defective material and workmanship at time of manufacture in accordance with the manufacturers warranty terms and conditions. Proof of purchase and date of purchase are required for determining validity of the warranty. This warranty does not cover defects or damage due to normal wear and tear, negligence, accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, lightning strikes or unauthorised repairs or modifications and excludes freight or postage costs to/from your local authorised service centre unless otherwise arranged. Receipt of any defective item must occur within the warranty period for the warranty cover to be valid.

For all non-warranty repairs, a minimum service fee starting from $35 (ex GST) plus parts, will apply provided that the unit is returned to and collected from the Australian Business Telephone Company National Service Centre or one of our state offices.

This guarantee is an addition to all other Warranties or Guarantees expressed or implied by the Trade Practices Act or other Commonwealth or State laws and all other obligations and liabilities on the part of Australian Business Telephone Company Pty Ltd.



Australian Business Telephone Company Pty Ltd reserves the right at all times to determine all matters related to warranty claims within the scope of the stated Terms of Warranty. No undertaking is given or implied to automatically provide replacement units as a result of warranty claims.
